Worked to get me up in the am after taking so many meds at night to sleep. Withdrew from Ritalin in August when overmedicated. 20mgs. 3 x per day

this worked for him until he was in second grade and since this is a 4-6 hour time frame he needed something that was more of a time-release to help with school.

5 mg methylphenidate when he comes home from school.

It worked for me for a while, them stopped working as well, symptoms came back.

Keeps me awake durning the day

I take two 20mg pills a day for my extreme fatigue and it works very well. I started with two 10mg pills and didnt get much from it so my neuro increased the does and now it works really well.

i just started tking it and this is the very first time i have been able to get up off the couch without having to think about it first. i have spent the last two days cleaning my neglected home. i did have a spell today where i had to lay down for just a little while but afterward was able to get up and do some things. i mite need a higher does. only took 5mg yesterday and today. i will post in a few weeks if anything changes. if you need help~ i would suggest at least trying, it has helped me so much
