insomnia, critical anemia

I'm not sure when or how I contracted Hep C. It's level 5. The first few week of treatment where fine, now on week 15 I'm getting some nasty side effects, such as dreadful skin irritation, puffy eyes & face, constant itching. No amount of remedys from GP seem to help

Did not work...relapsed. When I was taking it had awful side effects. Made me feel very angry at everything and everyone. Was so tired all the time that taking a shower was an ordeal. Couldn't eat much....sometimes felt like I was almost halucinating. My doc had to lower my dose. And after going through all of that I relapsed. Don't know what will be next.

the ribavarin side effects were difficult to deal with. You get so exhausted its hard to even shower. I could'nt eat and all I wanted to do was sleep. It was no fun and now they are deciding (because of depression) if they are willing to try again. I am not sure what to do.

I just finished with tx and getting better everyday. It was rough but it did bring the numbers down.

I took these pills with interferon, as above the treatment was very demanding, and I had lots of side effects!!!
