WORK REALLY GOOD FOR TURNING OFF THE WHAT IF AND DID I DO THAT AND THE RACING OF MY BRAIN AT NIGHT AND IT DOSENT MAKE ME DOPY EITHER

Doesn't help me fall asleep but it does keep me in a deep sleep. The first night I took it I had the werst panic ever as I woke up late with missing children only to find themselves alive and well but taking a bath alone... After that can I say I put locks on the doors so they can not get harmed if I do not wake. In the end I have not taken this pill for months still scared of what could happen!

It is very effective when I've not left it too long to take a mild dose. It does the job well and allows me freer movement when taken early enough otherwise I don't bother coz I know I'll need a lot more than 5mg and my addictive mentality is in charge. Use hot pack, paracetomol lay down and pray for relief or sleep.
