I was on Restoril for 2 months and I ended up with mouth ulcers from it.. my mouth was raw and full of cankor sores, it is rare that this would happen and of course it would have to be me, I went off of that but it did work really well for me I would sleep for 6 hours at time and I get up 2 to 3 times during the night to go to the bathroom not on that I would sleep so good and would not have to get up at all..
