It burns but helps in the end. I was told to put in over the counter drops 1/2 hour before the Restasis to stop the burning.

I have been using restates 2 times a day sine May 2011. I also do eyelid therapy every morning. I wear my glasses more and also use artificial tears and ointment to sleep with at night. This all works.
