It just requires getting used to. There are days when my eyes do not want anything in them.

I have taken Restasis for several years now. It has helped significantly, but it seems to not be working as well anymore. I am about to try Lacrisert to see if it will help.

It burns but helps in the end. I was told to put in over the counter drops 1/2 hour before the Restasis to stop the burning.

I have been using restates 2 times a day sine May 2011. I also do eyelid therapy every morning. I wear my glasses more and also use artificial tears and ointment to sleep with at night. This all works.
