I went in for the wrong reasons - should have been for myself but went in to save my marriage and was somewhat in denial. My husband is an addict also and there were lots of poor me feelings which were pointed out to be in no uncertain terms. Definitely was very beneficial.

Went to treatment the first time at Father Martin's Ashely in Maryland. I loved it there. I met some neat people and they gave me the tools to stay clean. I wasn't ready to stay clean though. Four months later, I was at the bottom. I went to Peavy Switch Recovery Center in Lufkin and worked my program really hard. I made alot of breakthroughs and decided that I wanted my life to change. I have clean ever since the day I checked in! Praise God
