I love to learn, sometimes I get tired, but I'm always learning something either from people or just mediating on experiences. Research helps us understand conditions, situations or obstacles we may encounter, and heals anxiety. The more I know the more I'm confident in my ability to move forward.

Researching traits of the disorder and reading case studies helps immensely! The better I know how my mind works, the easier it gets. I think initially, finding out can just add another distraction to the mix, but the novelty eventually wears off.
