Read books, try learning and study techniques. Routine, humor, short periods of time, Looked into bio feed back, psycholgist, physical activity, working well to a point.

Nothing can be of more help than identifying a problem and finding solutions. Organization is an essential coping skill and finding the right methods thru research has been beneficial.

I trained really hard to be a mother. I took a class on childhood development and continue to research on anything I'm hazy about. I also raised two of my brothers, so hopefully that experience will help. I'm a big advocate of babycenter.
