I stay busy and connected by doing research on the internet regarding penal codes, vehicular codes, Business/Professional codes of Ethics, State Bar informationn on what is considered Unethical Misconduct by a Lawyer, I stay informed and take an active role in everything that has to do with my husband and the Legal process, I find the rules and regulations for the prison he is at, San Quentin State Prison. It makes me feel that I'm doing something productive and Informing myself.

Keeping up with recent knowledge on meds for BPD that I am willing/unwilling to try is helpful.
