I take this along with the clonazepam it keeps the RLS pretty well under control. I have to take 2 Requip at bedtime 1 in the morning another early evening. It works!

Have been on this now for 6 mos. It works but not fast enough. I need at least 6 mg a day and feel very tired and more sluggish than usual. Started to have swelling of the feet now.
