Sucked. I went to their outpatient program for two months in Ridgeview, NJ last year. Didn't have a good experience at all.

Again, I had that really annoying girl in my groups. I didn't feel comfortable. I felt like it was working at first but then felt annoyed. There were a lot of "attitudes" by the staff. I also didn't like that anorexics were grouped with bulemics. You could feel the comparing of weights and made you just want to get thinner. Maybe I wasn't committed as much as I thought.

I would NOT recommend Renfrew! I spent one day there and it was a nightmare! If you can get to EDTC in Philly area, by all means, go. They were the most helpful, though after Renfrew I was half afraid to try anywhere else!

She went to Remuda, the Center in WA, Pathways in MT, and has had two counselors.
