They were very strict. It seemed to work in the opposite direction because i would see a girl described as a "skeleton", and I wanted to look just like her. I actually got jealous. I would suggest private counseling. Plus renfrew was highly expensive and most insurances don't cover this type of treatment.

Inpatient 2x at Renfrew Center in Philadelphia. Had a relatively good experience both times. My therapist is amazing and probably saved my life, as over-dramatic as that sounds. Still wish I could see her.
