until i left transitional living...the inpatient was great...when i moved to chandler, it threw me for a loop as i had to begin completely over with a new therapist/dietician...could not deal!

7 months after I began my eating disorder, I went to Remuda. It is the only reason I am still here today. It is an intense combination of individual and group therapy as well as several classes regarding body image, nutrition, exercise, relapse prevention- even equine therapy. It is a Christian based facility. While there I was able to take the steps and utilize the tools they gave me to overcome anorexia.
