I started taking it in 2007 and quit taking it also because I didn't want to take medication for the rest of my life! I found it helped with my anxiety and my mild depression and also I gained about 5 lbs and I loved it! Now I'm off of it and lost the 5 lbs. I gained and need to get back on it. The only bad thing is the drowsiness I experienced when first taking it. I took it at night, and if taken early enough, you don't feel the side effects from it the next morning.

I have been on it for 6 years and it seems to reduce my anxiety and help sleep at 15 mg/day.

I have been taking Remeron for 3 years.It has helped somewhat but sometimes I still have bad days where I dont even want to get out of bed.
