Helps me get to sleep so the addictions have slowed down a bit. Keeps me more stable than I was and I have been able to hold down a job and work on rebuilding a relationship with my daughter since I started taking it 5 yrs ago but I still crash.

have only been taking this a few weeks seems to be ok so far although the side effects are a bit unpleasant. drastic weight gain it also increases appetite but i can ignore that now 2.5st to date... anxiety attacks are another of the fun side eefect im experiencing but at least they can be controlled.
