Just started this medication in October 2012 when I was at an inpatient eating disorder treatment center and I've been on it for about 4 1/2 months now and it's helped a lot with thoughts of suicide and impulse control (self-harm). It seems to reduce my anxiety a lot as well. I haven't really had any side effects, although I had increased appetite the week I increased my dosage.
