massage therapy helps tremendously, it's just getting through the next couple ofo days after the massage - it's the best thing I've tried
I do a reflexology session every two months. I feel wonderful afterwards.
Works somewhat, but my feet used to fee so so good with massage, I always wanted it harder, but now with plantar fascitis, it hurts to barely touch.
