in the beginning it really helped, so muc. i loved to draw on myself to get the feelings out, but now i don't do it so much anymore, i'm learning new ways to get those feelings out, and that is okay.

I still love this method. Whenever I feel bad I get out a pen (any color) and fill a page of paper or two.

Not red marker but I write words on myself instead of cutting them in.

I've done this, it has worked for me, try writing "love" or whatever a word of hope/help would be for you in a place you can see as a reminder.
