Devouring anything that may help me restore my view of reality rather than just living in the one I used to be in. I am finding many that are really helpful. Favorite so far is Buddah's Brain.
Reading to my daughter gives her comfort. Being near her helps her feel safe and gives her something positive to think and imagine. My daughter sleeps better on the nights I read to her.
