last nov 2006 mum went on to 5mg there were no physical side effects but her personality change became unbearable. she went on to the higher dose in July 2007 and she became VERY argumentative and NASTY. I weaned her off the tablets and she is now calm and the nice person she has always been. I know the AZ will progress quicker but at least it will be a natural process.
