Someone gave the recipe for a green smoothie (I saw him blend it up). It sounded really disgusting but one day when I was tired, I gave it a try. Loved it and drank to blenderfuls a day for a while. It does help with the fatique but I still have incredible episodes of tiredness.

The raw vegan diet is the ONLY thing that "cured" my fibro, CFS, depression, anxiety, IBS, IC and panic attacks.

The pain from the fibro started going away within a few days!
