Radiation treatment affected my bowels mainly. I had to change my diet and eat less fibre. Didnt have any skin problems. Other than some nausea following the last treatment brachytherapy I believe it was called...it wasnt as bad an experience as I thought!
Working / Worked
Because of my status at the time (incarcerated), going for the necessary radiation treatments were difficult and humiliating: handcuffed and shakled, etc.

make sure that you are at the best of the best hospitals. have them be very specific in location. avoid any lung contact try to avoid salivary glands if possible
Working / Worked
I am not sure it worked. My tumor was 3 1/2 centimeters before treatment, and was 2 1/2 centimeters after treatment. The medical team thought it would disappear completely, but it didn't. I had uncontrollable diarrhea and terrible stomach spasms.
