I am going to do my fifth cycle after tomorrow :
overall, the treatment is not that bad. the tumor become smaller by 50% after two cycles(now it is 6cm).
side effects: my hair fall but this is not big issue for me.
some tingling sensation in my feet(peripheral neuropathy)
the worst thing is the Prednisolone, it makes me feel very nauseated and sick during the first five days.
major problem for me is the price of the Rituxan because i pay out of my pocket....it is not fair to pay 4000$ for it

Just completed 6 cycle R-CHOP with complete response effective March 17, 2010

It is working very well... I got nausea and loss of appetite at the beginning of each cycle, that's all.

have had 3 treatments will have my fourth on February 10th I have good and bad days some days feel sick and tired some days just sick and tired of being sick and tired! getting my first ct scan since being diagnosed on february 11th wish me luck

I had six rounds of this strong stuff. It worked it's magic, and I went into remission after the 4th round. The side effects are weakness, nausea, and just plain not feeling like yourself at all, but it's amazing how it worked. I thank God for it.

She is on her 2nd chemo... so far so good

Have had only 1 RCHOP. My whole head hurts My ears, my throat. Had first treatment 11/17/09.

First treatment was 11/19/09, so far so good.

Day 3 on the first dose....

I am tollerating it pretty well.
