Remission

Complete remission after 2 treatments, however completing the remaining 4 treatments, 3 weeks apart. I still have my hair, however it has thinned out. Biggest side effects are fatigue and nausea. The nausea is well controlled with Zophran. Overall, not as bad as you might think. 5 days of high prednizone can be tough. Thank god for these drugs.

Diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma 2/6/10. Did 6 R-CHOP treatments at Mayo Clinic Florida. Had every side effect in the book EXCEPT nausea. Zofran works! Worked full time through most of it. Complete clinical remission 7/26/10. Next step is stem cell harvest in October, and stem cell transplant in January 2011.
Working / Worked
I tolerated it well but have some neuropathy on the balls of my feet. I was tired and my appetite was not great because my taste buds were off.
