I can see the improvement in color immediately after starting. Yes it hurts. No its not unbearable becomes easier as session continues. Use knee chair for foot when necessary. Increase blood flow to leg whenever you need too.

Im experiencing less pain and my mood is better when I remember to do Qigong every day. I practice Zhineng Qigong a.k.a ChiLelTM Qigong.

This helped quite a bit when I was at my worst, having trouble sleeping. Simple breathing and movements that really helped me get back into balance. (Parting the Clouds was the name of one movement I remember.)
