I use Citrecill, hope I spelled it correctly.
I use it went I get a flare up. Once I get things to a point that there is no pain, I stop using it and depend on my high fiber diet.
I use this most every day.

easier to drink that other fiber drinks and doesn't contain any estrogen which is a bonus for me. also less expensive.
take every day. keeps me regualar.
I take 2 Fibercon before going to bed each night to help solidify my stool. Sometimes I wonder if it makes my diarrhe worse.
Seems to help a bit, i try to drink it every day...
sort of helps.
Gives me too much gas
Also tried this during the constipation phase. It works after a few days, but then I can't stop going-makes me irritated.
