Whew....makes me very gassy.
My bowels didnt regulate perfectly after surgery the metabmucil keeps things butt friendly and keeps me regualr
At night. Sometimes add Milk of Magnesia to the glass of water with Metamucil. Simple but effective.
Working / Worked
Haven't used in a while because of all the high fiber foods on the market, but 30 years ago it was a lifesaver.
I can't have less than 4 capsules a day.
Kept me regular
It helps by creating a coating for my gut, easing the pain of a flare, and when I have diarrhea, it "congeals" it so that it's not SOOOOO runny.
definatley helps but I miss my perdiem granules!
Working / Worked
(aka Metamucil) These have changed my life. I take two Psyllium Husk capsules (500mg) three times a day with plenty of water and haven't had an infection since. Its the holy grail - at least for my system.
I take 2 caspsules twice daily and this seems to help regulate things a little better
