This stuff is terrible for bloating. It's good if you are trying to lose weight because it makes you feel very full. I would not recommend it for anyone with IBS.
This made me more bloated and gave me gas pains.It's extremely hard on the stomache.
makes me bloat gives me spasms and lots of wind
Causes too much gas and reflux. Methylcellulose works much better and no side effects.

It caused bloating and gas. Very uncomfortable. I recommend Benifibre...more soluble and no gas and bloating or other side-effects.
It only makes me feel bloated, and I'm still constipated.
