Helps bind up the diarrhea, and I also use it if IBS is acting up regardless of diarrhea or constipation

Seems to work well when taken on a regular basis, I ran out and bought a generic brand, I just worked like a laxative and I was miserable and haven't gone back to by the real stuff. I think if Align doesn't work I'll go back to it for sure, it's a hell of a lot cheaper!
