I love my therapist she is pretty awesome. Helps me talk through a lot of confusing and frustrating feelings and find solutions.

I am no longer in therapy but I would discuss jealousy with my therapist of 4 years whenever it was plaguing me. Therapy works but I find that understanding jealousy is a continuous process. Journaling and meditation also are very helpful.
