After going through 4 other therapists, I finally found the one who has the best insight into my problems. He is more of an intuition/art/friend therapist than a scientist. That is what works for me. He is more open-minded and willing to try many different approaches than the others all were.

Does work to a degree as my friends aren't really there to help me but I use email counselling so it's limited and well we don't really talk about school in general, more about my feelings with certain people.

I have been a part of an email counselling service from KidsHelp for over a year now. It has definitely helped me as someone is actually trying to help me but it's limited. This is the best thing that I can find at the moment because I don't want anyone to know.
