Prozac

Insomnia as bad as it can get. Very stiff, painful, tight and sore neck and shoulder muscles ( to the point I actually considered suicide as a way to escape the pain.But it was extremely effective. (I didn't realize the insomnia or pain was from the drug-I was still very naive.)

I took fluoxetine for a while last year. This drug works well but made me feel very dizzy. I decided the side effects were worse than feeling a little sad or hopeless at times.
