Protonix definitely helps, but it's so expensive for me. Now that I've changed my diet, I've discontinued taking it daily and only take it when I know I'll be eating "trigger" foods or when I'm feeling an episode coming on.

so far its working, but i drank alot of red wine a few nights ago and thought i was going to die. i ended up taking double the dose that day. and it works.
