I was also diagnosed with gastritis and prescribed pantoprazole for it. There is also a possibility that I have pernicious anemia. The med seems to be working. My diarrheaconstipation seems like its improving. There have been more stomach upsets again lately but again this may be due to my menstrual cycle. Im still trying to figure it all out .
