Prostheses for lower limb amputation are so far advanced now, that walking with them doesn't feel & look any different to a non amputated person. I have as well a prostheses for diving where you can flip the ankle in between walking and swimming.

I've got a c-leg. Works great when I can use it. I just keep getting skin breakdown & infections. The same infection I lost my leg to - MRSA.
