This therapy took my pain from virtually uncontrollable to controllable with pain medication. This therapy is extremely painful. You cannot take anti inflammatories while receiving the therapy. My doctor wouldnt even let me take narcotic pain medication while I was doing the therapy. Its very useful for SI joint dysfunction but it was only able to repair one of my acetabular labral tears. Ill need to get surgery for the other one.

Tried this unusual treatment (injections) in Mexico with a British doctor. It seemed to help, but possibly more due to the physical therapy associated with the treatment.

Used prolotherapy years agø with some success. Physical therapy provides some short term benefits. We'll see how my new home exercise program goes.

Found muscular pain and joint pain was masking two herniated disks, My friends wife is a Dr. so she fit me in, watayouknow sugar and a needle could help so much.
Not Working
The procedure was not really painful. I recieved 8 shots into my neck of the transverse processes of my vertebra. They didnt hurt at all, it just felt like pressure. Then for a week after I had the worse stiff neck that kept me up at night. It helped with cervical ROM, but I ended up getting worse headaches, nasuea, dizziness, nystagmus, jaw and ear pains.
