It took more time than I thought it would to work but it does work well for me. I happen to be very fortunate to have a doctor who has much experience with this procedure. Only side effects are a little soreness after injection and some slight discomfort during injection. Similar to the feeling of trigger point injections.

its all that holds me together, generally preformed by an osteopath hard to find.

I have had the treatments myself and it has eliminated my sacroilac pain, a torn rotator cuff and a bad case of carpenter's elbow. Didn't make the top ten list. Shame.
Working / Worked
Very painful treatment, healed my shoulder and upper back pain
Working / Worked
Cod liver fish oil injections into the ligaments. Twelve to seventeen shots every 6 weeks. Procedure is very painfull and intense pain lasts for 2-3 weeks.
