over time I ended up with too much progesterone in my system...

I l learned my progesterone was nil due to candida. The doctor put me on progesterone cream and my pain went away. But if I don't watch my diet and eat healthy my pain comes back. Lots of sugar, treats, and pop make me have a lot of pain. I have learned that a low carb diet works best.

Since I started the progesterone cream, I'm becoming more regular.

The experience of the surgery itself went fine. Its been the weight gain emotionless feelings afterward.
