after i stopped birth control (out of curiousity of seeing what would happen with just taking glucophage) i didn't get my period for 6 months so i took this to kick in my period again. i worked after 13 days. but on it for the 11 was horrible. hot flashes and feelings of weakness.

Prefer the shots to vaginal inserts since I have a retro uterus and am small framed it is difficult for the insterts.

Hmm yeah warn your husband and encourage him to educate himself. Do not tell him but only encourage him that it will alter you and that you will pre-apologize if you hurt him. It is not you intent it is part of the cycle. Also this med is wonderful it has saved me from several hot flashes, check with you family as to how they responded.
