trying my best to use it but still cant.

worked for a while when i put my mind to it but when things dont go to plan its kinda hard to follow through on positive thinking

I think this method of self-tought therapy is working well. It is a very important part of trying to obtain happiness in my life. Although I have recently just started making an effort to change my thought processes, I can already see a change in my over all feeling of wellness :)

We are what we put into our heads....self talk is powerful whether positive or negative. I search for the silver lining and most often it is obvious.

I try to remember to tell myself that nothing will get better if I don't keep trying. And that by trying, stuff will get better.

You have to stay positive dont blame the oncologist the nurses family its not their fault that you got cancer. Remember they are your healers and you support group. Thank them periodically as they dont forget that at all.
