I find this helpful. I try to appreciate life's little things.

Once I accepted my diagnosis of panic, I started employing positive self-talk, which has worked fairly well.

when I am having anxiety, I have to dig deep to get rid of it...self talk does help but having little to no self esteem/confidence does not make it easy

Works along with amazing nutritional products I take.

my experience with positive thinking has helped greatly at times but there are also times when it doesn't work looking for people with similar issue to become friends that we could share daily struggles with both go through hopefully down the road become friends

postitive thoughts seem to work, upbeat music seems to make me able to stand an attack

When ever I go somewhere I am not familiar with I just think to myself that it will not be as bad as I think it will be.

It works until something throws me over the edge, deeper, when all is hopeless
