I have tried to ignore negative thoughts and stay out of troublesome situations. Engaged in learning of body language, and assertiveness, and social intelligence and focused on what I'm good at and what makes me a good person, while diving headfirst into the world.

I try to keep with Positive mental attitude as often as I can. Some days I have no energy to keep it up. When I do, I feel good.
There are days I have control of my disease and days CMT has control of me. Acceptance of this fact was my begining. This did no happen overnight. Animals in my life are one of my best support systems.
