Each time I would feel symptoms I would worry fear gripped me. I was afraid I would not be able to take care of my family soon. Through meditation and awareness training I started catching hold of these thoughts. Each time I had them I changed the channel in my brain. I focused on something else. By not focusing on the negative any longer this took practice and discipline I slowly found my symptoms lessening. Today I have very few symptoms left at all.

I constantly reassure myself and practice relaxing mantras/phrases when my mind starts to race. I tell myself that everything is absolutely fine, I have done more than what is expected of me, I have completed all my responsibilities, and any physical sensation I feel is mind-created.

My mom turned me on to the law and power of attraction. What you think about you bring about! I try my best 2 only think positive thought. Its not always easy when it seems like so many other factors come into play as far as happiness goes but I try!
