Empowering words and reflective parenting are more helpful to us then praise.

has REALLY helped after a 4th grade ( little to none positve)
Has worked for turning the 4 year old around completely. He's still as hyper as he was but he now doesn't act up to get attention he does it to find what the limits are.
He loves when mommy and daddy are proud of him, that goes a long way.
This works the best for my daughter.
