I really don't eat alot to begin with. But I try to cut my portion's in half. For some reason everytime I eat, when I get full. Not even 3 hours later I am hungry again. So I just eat small things throughout the day. To try to keep myself maintained with my hunger. but I am not sure why I get hungry so often.
