Works as long as I eat often enough. If I go too long without eatting I tend to over-eat because I am so hungry.

I would eat small portions and nothing after 6pm.
For me it works wonderfully as long as I keep to it. Late night snacking is a problem.
i almost starved myself to death in order to lose 100lbs.in 2003. it worked fast butt, i have gained it all back.
