Works but hard to maintain and keep
When I have the willpower.....
Smaller portions and counting calories. It's so hard.
Great. Has made my stomach smaller, making it easier to not eat as much. Took a few weeks to get used to but it's working!

Portion control works well but there are times that I find by eating less, there are times when I go for hours without eating because I'm not hungry. That is not healthy.
Somethings this sucks! I eat less and sometimes am ok with it and sometimes I am still hungry.
This works as long as I can make myself stick with less food. I am my own worst enemy with this.
