Tackling and getting tackled is painful enough, so sometimes during rugby season I stop hurting myself just because I'm already too much in pain or too tired to do so, plus the endorphins from positive physical pain from activity help a lot.

At 46yrs I spend more time at the gym. I used to play ALOT of sports!! Grrreeaaaat therapy. Always take some time to 'move'.. everyday if you can.. you will never regret it.
