It's a good workout, but gets boring after awhile. Also, if you do mat workouts, it really starts to hurt your body if you have any bones sticking out.

I do 30 minutes about 2x week. I haven't notice more strength or tone and it has been 6 weeks. Maybe I need a harder class?

I liked doing pilates, and it was working at the time. It stopped working because I wasnt motivated and stopped. I'll hopefully get back into it.
