Yes, to an extent it works. Unfortunately, I don't think any diet or any amount of exercise will get rid of my huge thighs. They will just become stronger and maybe even bigger. Exercise and diet cannot change genetics. When you find me something that can do that, they you will find a very happy girl.

I can definatly feel my abs getting stronger, I can't say that I am noticing myself getting smaller though.
