STAGE 3 HS for the past 11 years and I'm suggesting Pilates? YES! First, make sure your pain management is good. Pilates is designed to stretch, strengthen, & sculpt (for men & women) without CAUSING PAIN, based on the idea that pain=damage.Pilates builds, not destroys. For us, moving legs & arms can be impossible -- but stretching can feel so good, so depending on mobility (mine changes: sometimes I still need a wheelchair ) one can enjoy gentle pilates. The pilates machine from QVC rocks!

Would recommend pilates as it's great at strengthening your core muscles. For all the girls who have always wanted abs, this is recommended.
